Moves packages that have same the version from bower to npm
Change references to these packages where ever they are used
Remove unused package and random package reference (explained below)
Any other changes that would benefit highlighting?
Follow up from LGA-79 which includes a table in the comment section that shows which packages in bower have the same version in npm
During the package moving process I removed:
extend from npm seeing as it is not used anywhere
the path reference for a package vendor/ui-router-extras/release/ct-ui-router-extras.js from _paths.js as it does not seem to be installed anywhere
Stop GA from sending unnecessary requests
From my last commit can confirm the issue pictured below seems to be fixed by just clearing browser cache.
Backstory: Was previously having this error being generated kind of randomly in the dash board page (sometimes on other pages). Not sure exactly what the cause of this is, but this error does not show up on staging, so I thought it was the result of upgrading packages
