[x] node image for cla socket server updated to support new socket.io version.
[x] socket.io upgraded to patch security vulnerability.
[x] Very basic integration test added for the socket server to highlight issues before deployment.
[x] Both the cla_frontend and cla_socketserver images from the current build are now passed to the behave test run.
[x] Cleaned up redundant code.
