Change of slack channel webhook for custom prometheus alerts #3151

No impact, baring we want to move prometheus alertmanager alerts to another channel

Problem description

We have a new channel for reporting alerts for the CCCD app/service. This is #laa-cccd-alerts. I have generated a webhook and placed a base64 encoded version of it in the secrets for cccd-production namespace (and all the other cccd-* namespace secrets)

Can you make the changes necessary to "route" prometheus alert manager alerts to this new webhook
