reports/orphaned-aws-resources/main.go
reports/orphaned-aws-resources/bin/list_orphaned_resources.go
reports/orphaned-aws-resources/lib/orphaned_resources/aws_resources.go

All the Go file and function names should match their Ruby counterparts

These go files are currently untested and will need to be checked that the functionality works as expected
