Your responsibilities are:

  1. User Support tickets
  2. Actions from the How out of date are we? report i.e. (e.g. reviewing documentation pages, or carefully destroying orphaned AWS resources)
  3. Open Dependabot PRs raised against the cloud-platform repositories
  4. Any issues from link checker report

Worked on support ticket to create an alert manager for a user Raised a ticket to cache a null data field error. Kept an eye on lower priority alarms (especially failed builds)
