Background

The process of migrating external AWS account RDS instances into our account results in excess snapshots being left in our account:

an initial shared snapshot from external account
new copy of snapshot with default account KMS encryption applied which is fed into the module at instance creation

We should look at cleaning these up, and also get a view of what else needs cleaning up snapshot wise in the CP account.
