No longer used live-0 namespaces were not removed properly (CAIT) #790

Note: this has happened again to another service and ticket has been raised.

Namespaces (Live-0 cluster):

Problem description

As instructed, first I did an kubectl delete -f ... in the namespaces, then I raised PR 1 to cleanup the AWS resources, and then another PR 2 to remove the namespaces.

Apparently the namespaces are still there and contains left-overs, in particular the circle ci service account token.
