if you delete a branch from the server the shaker doesn't complain #24

If you had a formula pinned to a branch and you then delete that branch (i.e. most commonly it gets merged and deleted from the upstream) shaker blindly continues.

It should report this as an error and make you pick a new revision/branch/tag
