Update architecture section to reference conformed layer

• Move architecture to separate folder
• rename "derived" layer to "conformed" layer in accordance with advice from analytics engineering naming convention which is based on AWS naming convention, Kimball's data warehouse toolkit and dbt terminology
• use medallion architecture
• add link to tech radar
