📈 Create a monitoring dashboard for DataHub availability

Context

We should have a dashboard that presents useful metrics for understanding the status of the DataHub deployments (unexpectedly high load, long response times, failing / crashing pods).

Requirements:

• [x] Review existing dashboards in Cloud Platform to get an idea of the most useful metrics
• [x] Create and deploy a dashboard presenting an overview of the DataHub deployments

• Pod restarts number
• Restarts by container
• Resource usage vs limit?
• Response time by container
• Latency chart
• Network
• Database info
• CRON job history
• request types
• requests served
• read / write errors
• connections (open / persisting)
• DB connections, JVM stats
