We want MoJ D&T to be a place that all engineers can learn and grow, and be supported no matter what level they join us at, or how they want to shape their careers. To support this, we are putting together a career path..

At the moment, we will only be focusing on software developer and development operations roles from DDAT.

We should update the readme to explicitly rule out the following roles:

Data: data engineer Data: data scientist Data: performance analyst Technical: data architect Technical: infrastructure engineer Technical: network architect Technical: security architect Technical: specialist infrastructure engineer Technical: technical architect Technical: technical specialist architect

Let's keep the focus tight and restrict it to software developer for now. When we have a team of leads in webops they can progress the DevOps career path and I'll work with the tech arch leads on the technical architect one.
