We are setting up alerts for service disruption for DataHub and Find-MoJ-Data, but these need somewhere to go.

Should these all be fed into the same channels or service-specific channels?
How do we try to minimise 'noise' from these channels

[x] Create relevant alerts Slack / Teams channel(s) for service-relevant alerts
[ ] [OPTIONAL] Create user-facing Slack / Teams channel(s) (TBD) for user-relevant alerts (e.g. changes to domains) or updates to the find-moj-data service
