still need to agree what is best to do next

Revisit our definition of a good data product / dataset Implement quality gate for data to make it in to the front end? OR Introduce different views in the front end for different quality levels

Is it as simple as good or bad? Might be the right for now

i believe this ticket i not relevant anymore, suggest to close it down
