Add horizontal rule between search results #249

Create better visual separation between search results.

Change the <dl> summary list component to the unstyled version so we don't have border overload.

Don't use an <hr /> under the final result on a page 😄

contains similar stuff to #194 but I'm just doing the basics here as that other ticket requires the team to agree on which list items to use
