find-moj-data contact info re-design

User Story

As a user of the catalogue I expect to have contact information presented to me in the most useful way So that i am properly signposted to how i may question or access the data

Value / Purpose

I'm not convinced the design of contact information in the details pages is quite right. E.g. it doesn't quite enable a user to find how to access the data as was discussed in initial meetings with cadet people.

Have put a quick idea - but this could and probably should be refined a little further with Alex and Jess

• Placeholder for missing information (default values)?
  • 'Not provided'
• Current set of info displayed here should be okay for current user group, but may be confusing for future user groups

As data owner is for info only, don't have this as a hyperlink

Request access instead of access requirements

Remove the sentence which says 'processing this data might, etc'

Related - so sharing here. Have populated cadet with a standard link to access data - it points to the create-a-derived-table readme in database-access repo. PR here https://github.com/moj-analytical-services/create-a-derived-table/pull/1883/files

One thought is this repo is only accessible to those in moj-analytical-services org

Might search for a more widely available guide and update if i can find
