Check after tomorrow's ingestion whether data custodians have been set correctly in datahub.
If so, we can deploy the Find MoJ data PR. If there are any issues, roll that back.
Once we're happy with it, then we need to remove the old "data owners" from Datahub.
This is almost ready to go, but due to a bug in the datahub python package we had to comment out the bit that assigns users as a data custodian owner instead of a data owner. The bug is fixed in the latest version, but we ran into separate compatibility issues with that version.
So now I'm waiting to see if Datahub put out a new version of the package that will resolve these issues.
If it's looking like it won't be ready by the end of the sprint, then we can make a small change to Find MoJ data and use the "Technical Owner" type instead of our custom one.
As a Product Manager, I want the "Data Owner" label to be modified to "Data Custodian (Technical Contact)" So that the role and responsibilities are clearly aligned with the actual functions of the person responsible for the technical maintenance and custodianship of the dataset.
Acceptance Criteria: The label "Data Owner" should be updated to "Data Custodian (Technical Contact)" across all metadata details pages "What is a data custodian" in the user guide
