Add a warning that gem is outdated but supported #107

As discusses in #105, this change adds a suggestion that new projects should use the latest version of the GOV.UK Design System and the newer Form Builder. As requested, it also provides some reassurance that the gem is still supported and will continue to receive bug fixes and usability enhancements.
