so they don't appear in the first scheduled for field if the SP perf report.

What does this pull request do?

Filters out saa appointment times from the SAA first scheduled for field, leaving out appointments that have been rescheduled (superseded)

What is the intent behind these changes?

Fix issue with incorrect date appearing in the SP Performance Report for SAA first scheduled for field.
