Update suggested to address computer to computer interaction.

The password standard content has been updated, following feedback from Peter B. The updates have also been reviewed by SecEng (through the #security channel).

Please may I request approval to publish?

The 'extra measures' bit doesn't quite read right to me. I can't put my finger on what's wrong, but something feels off here. However, in the absence of useful actionable feedback from me, I'll say 'approved', and maybe we revisit this in the future!
