This takes a 'trust' perspective (trust is not a control but here we are) and avoids taking a technology-focus for now (deploying WhatsApp on MOJ DOM1 iOS devices)

@joelgsamuel I've accepted the PR, but rather than leaving the new file in the 'publication' area of the master branch, I've moved it up a level to the temporary workspace.
