@cybersquirrel Please may I request approval to publish the (slightly) updated Data Handling and Information Sharing Guide?

It has been updated to include the Data loss or security breach email contact address (here). There are also minor changes to replace out-of-date terms: DSO with SSA, and ITSO with CISO.

The use of anonymised images for sensitive email addresses or contact details means that the email addresses don't actually appear in the preview above, so I have sent an email directly to you, containing a screenshot of the draft appearance.

I'm going to lean very heavily on the 'legacy' header on that document as the paragraphs near the section under discussion it made me wince.

On thing I'm unclear on here as a reader is whether I am supposed to contact all of these three contacts, or just any of them?

I'm revisiting this task requirement.
