Possible missing fee types for LGFS bills/fees

Why

In CCLF, in addition to the LIT_FEE there are other fees/bills that can be claimed.

From work on CCCD Data injection into CCLF work these are:

From talking to Clem: COST_JUDGE_FEE, COST_JUD_EXP and SPECIAL_PREP are all entered by the claimant and are not calculated by us. EVID_PROV_FEE is a fixed fee which I will add, although it's based on "levels" which I still don't really understand. I need to read up on WARRANT some more but apparently it's based on the LIT_FEE.
