Add a ref to the use of Cucumber in testing OAF pages in CWA. Added out of personal experience as we use Cucumber to test CWA features where we can in the Provider Contracts and User Management Team.

I've made a blanket statement in the file that Cucumber is not being used in the LAA to test Oracle Forms components. This is based on my knowledge of CWA and (somewhat limited) knowledge of CCMS. There are other Oracle E-Business Suite applications in the LAA I believe. Although fairly confident in my assertion I guess If anyone knows otherwise we can adjust the readme. Also, not sure I need to go into detail about how we've implemented Cucumber (i.e. using Ruby and other components that interact with the web browser).
