User Story

remove VPC and subnets used specifically for routing workaround
remove routing tables for routing subnets
remove FlowLogs for routing VPC
accept TGW peering request from PTTP Transit Gateway
update TGW routing tables to use Peering attachment

Value

Due to AWS now enabling same region Transit Gateway peering we have changed the way PTTP and Modernisation Platforms connect.

Definition of done

[x] remove VPC and subnets used specifically for routing workaround
[x] remove routing tables for routing subnets
[x] remove FlowLogs for routing VPC
[x] accept TGW peering request from PTTP Transit Gateway
[x] update TGW routing tables to use Peering attachment
