Setup a discussion (on Github) as a trial for tracking suggestions to an existing component #681

What

Try using the discussions feature in Github as a way for users of the MoJ Design System to make suggestions to a component, pattern or page that already exists.

Why

So that improvements can be brought into the design system, the MoJ Design System team needs to find a way for users of the design system to be able to contribute suggested improvements and updates to components. Github's discussions feature could be a way to do this so this task is to trial how this could work.

Who needs to be involved

For users, discussions can be viewed without a Github account but users cannot add to the discussion without signing up. Guidance on signing up will need to be included within call-to-actions to suggest a change.
