SMTP migration of Email/Fax from ATOS to MOJ

ATOS currently run the email and fax SMTP for HMCTS. Following our plans to in house our services MOJ wish to migrate this service from ATOS over to MOJ SMTP relay.

We need to understand if this will be possible and how it will be done.

Following this there will be further discussions in a wider format on how we will roll this out.

We need to be confident that if we migrate over the service we provide to the end user will be as good as or better than what they currently have with ATOS.

Reached out to Mitch, Gary and Aaron to ask for a session on the current SMTP so we can get a better understanding of how it works before we carry out this spike.
