The networks engineers, want the ability to run the scripts themselves. The DevOps team are only able to support network engineers using macs. To simplify it as much as possible for the end user, we need a method to publish the docker container and provide easy to use documentation to run the script.

DOD:

1. Create a GH to publish docker container
2. Provide easy to use documentation
3. Add capability to support semantic versioning
