User admin for Analytical Services GitHub Org

Background

We are transitioning management of the Analytical Services GH Org to Ops Eng.

We have experience of managing the MoJ Org and have done lots of work around improving quality and automating lots of stuff. AS GH Org has not has the same attention and it would be valuable to apply the same sort of standards and improvements to that org.

As a first step we will be taking on access management process, which is very similar to our current support processes.

Proposed user journey

As a new user of the Analytics Platform I know how to requests org access so that I can interact with the platform and create/access the data I need.

• Communicate changes in ownership to users
