User Need

As a Operations Engineering Team I want to document the reasons for choosing OctoDNS for DNS management so that we can understand why the decision was made and so that we can reflect on this decision over time.

Value

We have a documented decision and reason for why we chose OctoDNS. We can use this to help other understand our thinking but also use this for retrospecting on this solution at a later date.
