As a Operations Engineering Team I want to ensure that we are making the best use of CircleCI storage limits so that we optimise our credit usage.

• Reduce cost
• Reduce risk of overages
• Reduce risk of unavailability of services

Functional Requirements (What):

Proposed change:

To ensure that as an organisation we are working within our contracted subscription quotas we will be reducing default [storage usage](https://circleci.com/docs/persist-data/#custom-storage-usage).

We will be reducing storage limits as follows:
Artefacts - 15 days (from 30)
Workspaces - 7 days (from 15)
Cache - 7 days (from 15)

Non-Functional Requirements (How):

• Engage with users to determine impact of proposed changes.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] We can make a decision on reduction of storage limits
• [ ] We can implement appropriate changes
