Having a defined set of metrics allows us to measure value of the changes we are implementing and be able to reflect on the solution so that we can continuously improve it.
Functional Requirements (What):
[ ] Determine a small set of metrics that measure performance of the DNS process
Examples may include number of changes, types of changes, success of changes, changes implemented outside of DNS repository (these are not the list, but just examples).
