User Need

As a Developer I want automatic unit test creation so that I don't need to spend as much time writing unit tests

Acceptance Criteria:

Investigate AI tools to automate generation of unit tests and that is easy to share, like devcontainers, or pre-commit integration. Tools such as Amazon Q or Github Copilot may be worth exploring (Personal license whilst we wait for enterprise license approval).
