User Need

As a Operations Engineer I want to be made aware when a new user issue or PR is created so that we can action the request

Value

So we don't miss and change requests

Functional Requirements (What):

[x] Consistent process for being notified when DNS Issue or PRs are created so that the Team can action a request

Non-Functional Requirements (How):

[x] Define, agree and document process for handling Issues and PRs

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Process defined
[ ] Process documented
[ ] Process agreed
[ ] Process automation created (TBC)

Notes:

Currently the plan is to:

Create a dedicated DNS slack channel for notifications
Create GH workflow for DNS repositories to send notification to the slack channel when new issue or PR is created.

I am going to have a meeting with Sam later today to discuss best way to connect new slack channel to GitHub.

The plan changed to:

Add slack service to DNS Form app
Modify create record endpoint to send the instant notification after PR is created
