Action to setup AWS profiles
Action to deploy Terraform
Community driven action development?
Mirror 3rd party actions that we use e.g. to comment on PRs

Talked about this in Ways of Engineering - some points from that discussion:

Initially keep the custom GitHub Actions to simple actions such as adding a comment to a PR etc.
Initially keep the usage internally to Operations Engineering
If we find value in this new structure, offer it up as something to be maintained by the github-community in collaboration with Operations Engineering
