2 weeks ago Feedback approach that will be carried out in tandem:
- One to one sessions with users to watch them interact with the form
- We will get the next 5 real requests to use the form with a post completion set of questions
The first approach will help us see how users will interact with the form and give us a good idea of whether they understand the form i.e is there sufficient information, what else might they need to know to complete the user journey.
The second approach will not provide us with the visibility of how users interact with the form but will provide us with more realistic data that may be submitted so that we can see how this process impacts our workflow i.e. gives us better insight into who moving away from email would impact our workflow.
