Updates to clarify remote working #422

The change has been reviewed and checked by @DLEEMOJ . A preview of the content may be seen here, and clarifies use of public wifi connections.

This publication also includes some updates to the build tooling that provide security fixes.

There are also some very minor formatting changes to the markdown, arising from the updated build tooling. (Specifically, the syntax for tables within markdown has changed very slightly, and there are minor changes to the syntax for indicating highlighting. There are no content changes in affected files.)

A full set of the changes in this publication may be seen through the 'Files Changed' tab at the top of this PR.

Thank you - I discussed your point about 4G interpretation with @DLEEMOJ , and we agreed that it did indeed benefit from tidying. You can see the modified draft here. (We removed the sentence to avoid any ambiguity.)
