Hello @cybersquirrel and @L-Crosby,

(This is a refresh of the previous PR, #439 .)

Please may I request approval to publish this content update? It adds guidance on using 1Password, in preference to previous default tool. There are minor updates to refer to 1Password as the new default, and also some updates to the build tooling.

The content update was originally supplied by the Cloud Platform and Operations Engineering, and has been checked by them, as well as the SPACE team.

A full set of the changes introduced in this publication may be seen in the Files changed tab at the top of this page.
