Updates to incident management guidance

Please may I request approval to publish updates to the incident management policy and guidance? This is content that has been updated and checked by @wallrMOJ .

The pages affected are:

IT Disaster Recovery Plan and Process Guide IT Disaster Recovery Policy IT Security Incident Management Policy IT Investigations - Planning and Operations Policy IT Security Incident Response Plan and Process Guide

Three 'forensic' topic files were removed, as was the 'Incident Management Plan and Process Guide', as the content is now integrated into the other content pages.

There are also some minor updates to the build tooling and setup information.

A full set of the changes introduced may be seen in changes tab.

On the IT Security Response Plan and Process Guide....See below. In the list of policies. It looks like the DR policy isn't linked to correctly and the IT Security Plan and Process guide has a duplicate entry
