Correct broken link to cookie information. #455

Hello @cybersquirrel and @L-Crosby

Please may I request approval to publish a minor update to the cookie information mechanism? Currently, requesting connection to the cookie info page from any guidance page other than the landing page does not work (owing to an error in the linking for the nested page reference). This publication update corrects that problem (and also updates the build tooling components for current security patches).

This update has been checked with SPACE team.

A full set of the changes introduced in this publication may be seen in the 'Files changed' tab, above.
