The sentry-raven gem ought to be changed to the sentry-ruby.

The former gem is outdated.

Update captured in this PR.

TLDR; this gem was added in 2020 for local testing purposes. It's not used and errors are handled in the DNS and DHCP containers using sentry-ruby.
