add a example of Stommel-Aron model for deep ocean circulation #11

This example is quite similar to the Gill-Matsuno model in the sense that the mass source/sink drives a horizontal circulation.

It is found that Stommel-Aron model cannot cast to a 2nd-order PDE that fits the solver here. So close this now.
