Explanation of sleep stats #177

What version of ElectricSleep are you using? 0.7.0
On what android device and android version? HTC Desire, Android 2.2

Just wondering how the sleep score is calculated and what it means. Should I be 
aiming for a particular number? And what is the significance of the number of 
spikes? Mine is currently 18, but how should I interpret that?

Finally, I would really love to be able to have the app tell me the duration of 
my REM cycles. Is this possible? I haven't seen it on any other sleep app.
