Wrong country code, language settings, and Foxtrick is disabled on startup. #1023

What steps will reproduce the problem? -These issues are always present. Reboot etc won't fix them.

What is the expected behaviour? What is the actual behaviour instead? You could provide a screenshot if necessary. -Foxtrick (FT) should be turned after installation. Also, language should be set by Hattrick. There's no way to turn on FT after installation.

What is the version of the FoxTrick, your browser and operating system? FF 17.0 (android 4.0.4)

Copy FoxTrick debug output on the page here (Enable debug output at main preferences tab of FoxTrick) -Since I cannot get FT started, I am not able to perform this step.

Please provide any additional information below.

P.S. This was reported in #1022 (notice the number). Is it really that hard to search/look?
