HTEVPrediction was removed because the htev.org server could not handle all requests from Foxtrick users.
The match predictor you see at the bottom of match reports is HTMS. It works fine for me at the moment but it also sometimes have server problems.
In any case please use the bug report link at the bottom of the page that you are having problems with. Follow the instructions that appear

The htev.org calculator does not work with stage.hattrick.org, while it perfectly works with www.hattrick.org.
