MatchSimulator layout is broken on some tablets #1441

Real probabilities is located right in the middle of the midfield rating

Along with the loaderstats and the drop down list to select past matches.

If I selected past matches from the drop down list and hit the update button then it becomes unviewable

This whole layout was created by HTs and uses absolute positioning. It's a pain to work with but usually works fine unless browsers start messing with (text) scaling like they are wont to do on mobile.

This seems to be a tablet problem. It is fine on my phone as you can see here:

I don't have solid ideas to offer you here. Have you messed around with some scaling/layout options on Firefox? Using any other addons?

In theory I could try to do some clever adapting based on your device but that's not really an option when I don't own it/have no idea what the actual problem is.

No worries. Haven't messed with the layout or scaling options. Had resetted my tablet and installed Firefox v49 then foxtrick.

Prior to resetting the tablet I had Firefox v46 which seems to work fine.

I have exactly the same problem on my tablet since the firefoxupdate to v49... Reinstalled firefox and foxtrick but the problem is still there on my Asus memo pad fhd 10 (me302c)...

I somehow or so I thought got the problem fixed on Friday as I had foxtrick 0.17.0.1 when setting ng my lineup for my Sundays league game. Thought I wait a bit longer before letting LA-MJ know.

Upon this morning when trying to set lineup for my tournament match, the predict rating didn't show up. (That's with and without foxtrick enabled). I ended up uninstalling foxtrick 0.17.0.1 and installed the foxtrick beta as shown in the spoiler. Same problem with the predict rating (this is nothing to do with foxtrick BTW).

I left it until the afternoon and logged into hattrick to see if the predict rating showed up which it has but the predict rating went back to

This was on server 93 I think

Now on server 91 tonight I get the following

Which seems to have corrected itself

I had exactly the same problem and it had been corrected this evening with davidatorus's help

The only way to solve the problem for me was:

I tried to reinstall firefox/foxtrick, but it seems that it doesn't empty foxtrick cache

Foxtrick 0.17.0.1 release mozilla - Stage: false - Skin: normal - fr - ltr - 480 x 853 - Mozilla/5.0 (Android 4.4.2; Tablet; rv:49.0) Gecko/49.0 Firefox/49.0 - Linux armv7l

I can't reproduce it myself, thus closing it, at least for the mean time.
