U21 age replacements fix, some comments and ordering (see #1677).

I don't see the point in this.

You are creating a new translation string (just because?) and keeping the old. Additionally there's no change to replacement. This is then effectively a translation change which can be done on crowdin on a per language basis. There is no need to change the master string at all.
