AlltidFlags stopped working properly #334

AlltidFlags stopped working properly. The flag and league are correctly shown, but the linking part is wrong, the one next to poster of the message leads only to the country page in HT, and the link next to he other user in the header is leading only to his user page in Alltid. No links to league at all as it should be. Things dont change if you change settings between show league in Hattrick or Alltid first.

i guess alltid to alltid league is kinda obsolete. hence c9fe12fb1d6b97e05f750b9ec5346a49d0793403 r1648
