This module is scheduled for removal as early as youth players' skills are shown, as it doesn't have practical uses any more. And since it's now conflicting with other modules, I decided not to maintain it any more and removed it in bf0f9bde8081c3dd6ae4ac7a0ec152ce1764e35a r6052.
