make all our own style classes start with "ft" and add a button to background color all "ft" classes to roughly highlight foxtrick features

Do we have something like a generic class without style that can be used to mark things already? (ft_/ft-) unstyled or feature or so. something For things like skill links or the denomnation/hatstat rating conversion on the match details you did recently etc.

added Foxtrick.createFeaturedElement, Foxtrick.insertFeaturedCell which should be used for base nodes in all modules. see f468a67da624f91e0ab356d7050580cf62e2317d r8241 for examples
