Please tag a new release #51

The last release was more than a year ago

The build is failing for PHP 5.3 (see #52) and after this is fixed we indeed can tag a new release. // cc: @stof

In fact it's problem with Goutte version, so we can release right away. @stof , I guess we can use same release notes as for other drivers here too.
